MSSI Lab Printers

The MSSI Lab Printers are available for students to use to print documents for classwork, research, or personal use.

Important Note on Privacy

Due to past abuse of the printers, ISI has had to enable a print management server. This forces all users to authenticate using their MSSI Account. All print jobs are monitored and kept on file for up to a year, so please refrain from printing anything that might contain sensitive information.

Using Printers

MSSI Workstations

All MSSI General-Use Workstations have printers pre-configured on them by default. If you find that these printers are not available, please contact isisupport@jh.edu and let us know which system or systems are affected.

Personal Devices

In order to use your own device, you can follow instructions here:

• Prints 45 pages per minute (ppm) on letter and 43 ppm on A4-size paper
