Service Status

2022-11-16 : MSSI Network Drives

As of November 12th, 2022, all data stored on the MSSI lab network drive (which includes user data (X:), user profiles, and anything on \Shared (S:)) is currently inaccessible. While we attempt to recover the data, the MSSI workstations are operational, but will work with "temporary profiles", meaning data stored on the device after you log out may be removed. You should be receiving regular updates on the status of this outage via your email, but if you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact ISI support.
