Hours
We are typically available 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, except university holidays.
Office Hours are Monday Through Friday from 12:00pm until 4:00pm via Zoom except for University Staff Holidays.

ISI Admin Staff will not be available. Please direct emergency requests to support@cs.jhu.edu . For MSSI account activation issues, please contact joseph.carrigan@jhu.edu .
