Planned Outages

2025-05-12 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM - Gateway IP Address Update

The JHU networking department is doing some reorganization of JH address spaces and has asked us to change our gateway IP address.

The change should be completely unnoticed by most users and is expected to take around 5 minutes.

This change will primarily impact users requiring persistent network connections for their experiments or users that have specific routing requirements.

If you have any questions about this change or anticipate it causing a problem with your classwork or experiments, please email isisupport@jh.edu as soon as possible with your concerns.

2025-05-14 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Web Server Upgrade

We will be upgrading the host operating system for the server that many of our internal websites are hosted on. This will cause a brief outage that is expected to take no more than an hour. During this time, access to this wiki and other ISI project websites will be unavailable.
