Welcome to the JHU Information Security Institute's Support Wiki Here we provide documentation on how to use many of our services.

If you need assistance with any of the documentation, or if you need computer assistance with machines or services we support, please e-mail support@isi.jhu.edu or call 410-516-4898

Hours

We are typically available 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, except university holidays.

Office Hours are Monday Through Friday from 12:00pm until 4:00pm via Zoom except for University Staff Holidays.

Holiday Schedule

Week of December 18 – 22, 2023

I will be out of office on Tuesday, December 19th. Please direct emergency requests to support@cs.jhu.edu .

Week of December 25 – 29, 2023 and January 1st, 2024

The full week between Christmas and New Year is holiday time off for staff. The office will be closed and staff will be unavailable. The office will reopen on Tuesday January 2nd.
