Welcome to the JHU Information Security Institute's Support Wiki Here we provide documentation on how to use many of our services.

If you need assistance with any of the documentation, or if you need computer assistance with machines or services we support, please e-mail support@isi.jhu.edu or call 410-516-4898

Hours

We are typically available 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, except university holidays.

Office Hours are Monday Through Friday from 12:00pm until 4:00pm via Zoom.

Special office hours will be in effect through the week of November 21st. The primary network admin will be out of office and will be returning November 29th. If you have any urgent requests, please CC the CS Support Team (support@cs.jhu.edu) in any communications.
