  4. Absolutely no software is to be installed on any of the machines without permission.
  5. Tampering or modifying any system configurations without permission is prohibited.
  6. All cables and peripherals (Keyboards, Mice, Network Cables, etc.) are to remain connected to the MSSI Workstations.
  7. Admission to the MSSI Lab is to be granted only to ISI faculty, staff, and students.
  8. The doors to the MSSI Lab will remain closed and locked at all times.

  10. Any action which violates local, state and/or federal laws or which violates JHU's Computing Ethics Policy is strictly prohibited.
  11. All users must lock or log off all machines before leaving the MSSI Lab for any reason.

  14. Users wishing to audit ISI systems for security vulnerabilities may do so with written permission from the current ISI administration.

The MSSI Lab is considered to be a quiet study area. Conversations and music should be kept at a low volume. Any student(s) acting in a disruptive manner may be asked to leave the lab or to move to a private collaboration room.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE RULES MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF ACCESS TO JHUISI SYSTEMS AND NETWORK RESOURCES. CASES INVOLVING VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS OR UNIVERSITY POLICIES WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
